The service and location were great, but the room was disappointing due to mold and grime in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and needs replacing. The hotel requires updating.

Highly recommended! Had a very good experience during a short stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and the hotel restaurant, Beefeater, provided excellent service with gluten-free options for both breakfast and dinner.

Excellent location and parking, but rooms can be inconsistent. Experienced issues with smoking or damp smells in rooms, showers, and noise near doors at night.

Avoid staying here! Night staff appear untrained and take an excessive amount of time to complete tasks. We were unable to stay as none of the allocated rooms had been cleaned. Staff were unapologetic, suggesting a need for better supervision and training to prevent worsening mistakes.

Decent hotel with a great location, superior to the Western Super Mare hotel. However, due to inconsistencies between hotels, cannot trust using the chain further. Varying WiFi quality makes it unsuitable for business purposes.
